On May 13th, Grade 8 students explored the esteemed halls of the Parliament of India. This immersive excursion provided a unique opportunity to understand the workings of our bicameral system and delve into the inner sanctums of the Parliament chambers. As part of their Social Science curriculum, students gained insights into the Constitution of India.
Guided by an expert, the students visited the Parliament Library, the old Parliament Building, and the new Parliament House, learning about the legislative processes that shape our democracy. They posed thoughtful questions and engaged in stimulating dialogues, aiming to deepen their understanding of governance. This academic visit not only enriched their knowledge but also ignited a passion for critical analysis and learning.
