Pre-Vocational Training

Our Pre-Vocational Training program is designed to equip students with the necessary skills and experiences to thrive in future vocational endeavors. We place emphasis on pre-academics and functional academic skills, providing a solid foundation upon which students can build their vocational pursuits. Through exposure to diverse vocational skills, students are prepared for various career paths upon leaving school. Training modules encompass IT, cooking, and baking domains, ensuring students have a broad skill set to draw from. Additionally, during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and teacher stay-back days, handicraft stalls and the SBS Cafe are set up. These platforms offer students opportunities to apply and generalize their knowledge and skills in real-life contexts, fostering independence and confidence in their abilities. Our commitment to pre-vocational training aims to empower students with the tools they need for successful transitions into adulthood and the workforce.
