UPCOMING EVENTS

Elenchus 2025 will be held on 1st August. Now in its third edition, this Senior School interhouse event celebrates critical thinking, articulate expression, and respectful dialogue through the parliamentary format of debating. Designed to nurture confident public speakers and thoughtful listeners, this interhouse event encourages students to engage in meaningful dialogue by questioning assumptions and building well-reasoned arguments. The competition also fosters a sense of affiliation with their respective Houses.

Rooted in the Socratic tradition, Elenchus has previously featured debates on topics such as social welfare, the right to education, artificial intelligence, electric vehicles, and the influence of social media. There have been respectful disagreements on themes related to social change and social media, offering students a platform to voice diverse perspectives on relevant topics.

Through this platform, students strengthen their communication and analytical skills while building a sense of camaraderie and pride in representing their Houses.
