Our induction programme for newly joined staff members, will mark a warm and thoughtful beginning to their journey within the school community. Designed to welcome, orient and connect, the programme will offer participants an opportunity to understand the ethos, values and collaborative culture of SBS. Through reflective sessions, meaningful conversations and shared experiences, PEHAL will help build a sense of belonging and alignment as new members step into the SBS ecosystem.
