From September 24th to 26th, middle school students will participate in a three-day Self-Defense Workshop designed to enhance both their physical abilities and sense of empowerment, fostering confidence and self-assurance. Self-defense goes beyond physical strength, requiring mental resilience and strategic thinking. The workshop provides a comprehensive, holistic approach to personal safety, covering techniques such as martial arts, combat training, and situational awareness. Participants will develop practical skills applicable to real-life scenarios, learning to assess potential threats, react effectively, and neutralize danger.
