Ms. Anjali Khanna comes with more than 30 years of experience in various sectors starting from IT, HR outsourcing, Media, and Publication and finally with Education. Her last assignment was with Seth Anandram Jaipuria group of Educational Institutions where she served for more than 7 years as Group HR Head. She has catered to every aspect of the employee lifecycle from Talent acquisition, talent development, retention and separation.

She strongly promotes the use of AI, chatbots, data analytics and excel sheets; but also believes that Human resource professionals should facilitate creating bridges of systems and culture to eliminate the gap between employees and employers ensuring each and every resource is optimally utilized and immensely valued.

She has conducted workshops on Effective Recruitment and Hiring skills, Candidate engagement and tracking systems, Improving Employability quotient, Business Etiquette, Interpersonal Relations and Effective Communications, Team Building, Conflict Management and Negotiation Skills for Corporates as well as for Educational Institutions. She also conducts workshops on; Diversity & Inclusion, Women Empowerment and Prevention of Sexual Harassment at workplace.

She is a recipient of 101 Top HR Minds award by World HRD Congress – 2019. She has also been certified “HR Auditor and Analytics Expert” from IIM Ahmedabad, “Emotional Intelligence Practitioner” and “Trainer and Facilitator” from Carlton Advanced Management Institution, USA. She is a life member of National HRD Network and SHRM.
