Deeply interested in the cultures of institutions as fundamental to strategic direction and change, Ms. Kriti Shroff is a highly collegial thinker. Kriti Shroff brings a wealth of experience to her role as Head of Communications and Engagement. Having traversed various positions within the SBS since 2012, starting from Human Resources, advancing to Head of Operations, and now leading the Communications and Engagement efforts, she embodies a comprehensive understanding of SBS dynamics and evolution.

A graduate of English Literature from Kamla Nehru College, Delhi University, reading is one of the many passions of Ms. Shroff. She holds an MBA degree in Human Resources with a specialisation in Organizational Development from Symbiosis, Pune. She has lived and worked in Singapore for nearly 17 years. Though she had the rich experience of working with renowned companies like J C Penny & Michael Page International, in her own words, it is the school space and learning that it offers that excites me. Ms. Shroff dedication to professional growth is evident in her continuous pursuit of knowledge. She holds a certificate in School Management from Harvard Business School Online, underscoring her commitment to enhancing educational environments and fostering meaningful connections.
