Building Leadership Capacity

At SBS, the cultivation of leadership skills among students is a proactive endeavour, facilitated through volunteering opportunities at diverse sporting events held throughout the year. This initiative is designed to nurture essential qualities including leadership, event coordination, teamwork and proficient communication. Through active participation in these events, students not only refine their leadership abilities but also gain valuable hands-on experience in organising and managing sports-related activities.
