It begins with a focus on motor skill development in the early years, gradually advancing to include more complex movements and fitness challenges in middle school. Students are encouraged to participate in inter-house matches and tournaments at various levels. Alongside physical fitness, emphasis is placed on emotional well-being through activities like breathing exercises and yoga. Students interested in excelling in sports receive rigorous training to compete in various tournaments, including nationals. Assessment is conducted biannually to evaluate fitness levels, sports skills, etc. The goal is to nurture healthier individuals capable of making informed decisions about their well-being. Assessments are conducted bi-annually, evaluating students’ fitness levels, sports skills, and ability to handle pressure.
