78th Independence Day and Raksha Bandhan Celebrations

Students celebrated the 78th Independence Day with great enthusiasm, fostering national pride and unity. The day began with a ‘Prabhat Pheri’, where students, dressed in vibrant colours of the Indian flag, sang patriotic songs like “Sare Jahan Se Achha.” Waving flags and holding banners high, the children walked together in a beautiful display of unity in diversity, embodying the spirit of India. Their energy was evident as they expressed their love for the country through songs and chants of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and “Jai Hind.”

The event concluded with an inspiring assembly, where students shared their thoughts on the significance of Independence Day.

Raksha Bandhan was celebrated with joy and warmth across our primary school, as children enthusiastically tied rakhis to their friends, teachers, and didis. This heartfelt tradition symbolizes the “thread of love”.
