On 10th July, students of Grade VIII participated in उल्लास, a Hindi Poetry Recitation Competition that provided an opportunity for them to express themselves through carefully selected poems reflecting a range of themes and emotions.
उल्लास aims to nurture a deeper connection with language, promote confident public speaking, and instill in students an appreciation for literature as a powerful medium of thought and expression.
Each participant presented their piece with clarity, expression, and confidence, highlighting both their appreciation for Hindi literature and their developing oratory skills. The event offered a platform to foster language fluency and creative expression while encouraging students to engage with poetry as a form of reflective communication.
The audience, comprising teachers and peers, witnessed a series of thoughtful and well-articulated performances. The atmosphere throughout was one of attentiveness and appreciation.
The competition concluded with Bhaskar House securing the first position, followed by Bhanu, Tejas, and Surya Houses.
