Our Heritage, Our Legacy

As part of the Heritage Week celebrations, on 22nd April 2025 Grade 5 students curated an exhibition titled “Our Heritage, Our Legacy,” showcasing a collection of meaningful family memorabilia. The display featured a diverse array of artifacts—ranging from traditional clothing and heirlooms to books, photographs, and handmade crafts—each reflecting the cultural heritage of the students’ families.

Accompanied by thoughtfully written descriptions, these items offered insights into personal histories and traditions, encouraging students to reflect on the values and stories passed down through generations. The exhibition provided a platform for students to appreciate cultural diversity and understand how heritage and culture shape identity.

The initiative sparked thoughtful conversations, encouraged intercultural awareness, and instilled a sense of pride in one’s roots. Widely appreciated for its sincerity and creativity, the event highlighted the importance of preserving familial and cultural connections.

The exhibition fostered a strong sense of belonging and respect for various traditions, making Heritage Week 2025 a meaningful and memorable experience for the entire school community.
