As part of the Spanish Language Programme, Grade VII students will visit Instituto Cervantes in New Delhi, a public institution run by the Government of Spain that promotes Spanish language and Hispanic culture worldwide. During this educational visit, students will explore the institute’s library, engage with cultural displays, and take part in interactive, creative activities inspired by Hispanic films and traditions. The experience will help students see how language connects people across cultures and countries, while building curiosity, confidence, and global awareness. The visit meaningfully extends classroom learning, offering students a real-world perspective on language beyond textbooks.

Announcing the 2nd edition of Manotsav, our School-wide Mental Health Fest, thoughtfully designed to nurture students’ emotional well-being through meaningful, age-appropriate experiences.

Across grades, students will take part in creative parade presentations and interactive stalls that gently open conversations around understanding emotions, kindness and friendships, resilience and new beginnings, embracing differences, self-acceptance, recognising personal strengths, and acknowledging challenges that may not always be visible.

At the heart of Manotsav lies the belief that children thrive best when school and parents work in unison and act as one team. By creating space for reflection, dialogue, and understanding, Manotsav seeks to strengthen this partnership and encourage open, positive conversations around mental health—so that student well-being remains a shared, sustained priority.

These sessions reinforce our commitment to continuous learning and excellence, ensuring that our students benefit from a motivated, well-prepared, and innovative team.

At Step By Step School, nurturing an inclusive community stands at the heart of our core values. We believe that every individual, regardless of abilities, experiences, or backgrounds, brings unique strengths that enrich our learning environment. To uphold this commitment, we will be celebrating the International Week for People with Diversity from 1st to 5th December 2025. This week is designed to sensitise students to the diverse social, emotional, and learning needs of people around them through engaging and age-appropriate activities that build empathy, respect, and understanding of inclusivity. Students will watch sensitisation videos introducing stories and perspectives, encouraging them to appreciate differences and recognise supportive spaces. They will also express their thoughts through poster-making, highlighting acceptance, inclusion, and belonging. A special assembly will offer a platform to share reflections and celebrate diversity.

To make this experience meaningful, guests with diverse needs will interact with students, sharing their journeys, talents, and contributions, offering opportunities to understand the strength, resilience, and creativity individuals bring to the community. Their presence aims to motivate students to embrace differences with compassion and celebrate abilities in every person.

This week reminds us that inclusion is not just a value—it is a practice we nurture daily as we continue building a school community where everyone feels seen, supported, and valued.

Over two evenings, our middle schoolers from Grades 6, 7 and 8 will share their voices and stories through dance, drama, choir and orchestra. Each performance will be a step towards self-expression, shaped by the collective energy of young learners discovering their own paths.
