Learning goes beyond the classroom — it unfolds in open spaces, along winding trails, and through real-world experiences. In the coming weeks, students will embark on their outbound learning trips, an integral part of the curriculum that blends adventure with reflection.

Each journey is thoughtfully designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and nurture collaboration — whether it’s trekking through nature, sharing campfire stories, or discovering new ways to work together. These experiences encourage students to embrace independence, face challenges with resilience, and create lasting connections with peers and teachers.

Jashn – a celebration of who we are and what we love, where discipline meets passion, and individuality blossoms in community.

Jashn is an event where there’s a spot for everyone. Whether it’s music, dance, drama, poetry, or varied genres of visual arts; every artistic expression shines under the spotlight. To make these events the success that they are, a dedicated team of backstage management and production work tirelessly. Through relentless collaboration, Jashn becomes as much about the hands that build it, as the faces that stand on stage.

This year’s theme for Jashn is ‘Aadyant’. It portrays the cycle of existence, where ‘Aadi’ means the beginning and ‘ant’ means the end. Together it reminds us how everything we know stems from cultures, roots and traditions that came before us. Stepping onto the stage for the ‘first time,’ students bring with them all the practices and influences that have shaped them – a living link between beginnings and endings.

This is exactly what Jashn stands for. It isn’t just a festival, it’s every student’s very own legacy.

SBS is set to host the Inter-School Sports Events 2025–26, featuring the Athletics Meet and the Table Tennis Championship for middle school students (Grades 6 to 8).

Bringing together students from reputed schools in the region, these events provide a platform to showcase talent, encourage collaboration, and celebrate the true spirit of competition.

Students are excited to bring together a vibrant showcase of creativity and individuality at the SEN Talent Show. Through poetry, music, dance, and stage performances, children will present their unique talents with confidence and joy.

More than a performance, the show is a celebration of self-expression and cherished memories. This year’s theme, “Boundless Freedom,” inspires every participant to shine in their own extraordinary way while honouring the pioneering vision of our late founders and the school’s commitment to inclusion.

Our Annual Form Morning UMANG for Grades 3 to 5 will be held on 13th September 2025, celebrating the Art of Wellbeing. The event is a joyful blend of music, dance, drama and movement, all designed to highlight the importance of nurturing both inner and outer happiness. Through vibrant performances, our students will showcase how the arts can inspire positivity, balance, and harmony in everyday life. UMANG is more than just a celebration, it is a reminder that true well being comes from expressing ourselves freely, connecting with others, and embracing joy in every form.

The upcoming Inter-House Swimming Meet for Junior and middle schoolers promises to be a thrilling event. Beyond the races, the event will be a spirited celebration of house pride, teamwork, and perseverance.

More than just a competition, the Swimming Meet encourages students to embrace the values of discipline, sportsmanship, and healthy rivalry, while strengthening bonds within and across houses. With enthusiasm building up, this event is set to create memorable moments that highlight not only sporting excellence but also camaraderie and unity within the school community.

Making Waves and Going the Distance

The IronTeen Aquathlon on Friday, 22nd August 2025, will bring together students of Grades VI–XII for a combined 100m swim and 400m run. Moving from the pool to the track, participants will experience the demands of shifting between disciplines, building both physical endurance and mental adaptability.
