Earth Day came alive across school with songs, skits, posters, pledges and thoughtful green action. Guided by this year’s theme, ‘Our Power, Our Planet,’ students reflected on how collective choices can protect the Earth.
Primary School children explored simple everyday actions such as planting trees, saving water, switching off lights, avoiding food wastage and reusing materials. In Junior School, Classes 3A and 3B led a special assembly on 21st April with a Hindi song, a skit, a dance performance and a shared pledge to care for the planet. Middle School transformed the area outside the library into an Earth Day gallery, with Grade 6, 7 and 8 presenting posters on seasons, ecosystems and extinct species.
