Students of 5A and 5B presented a special assembly titled “From Earth to Moon – Honouring the Pioneers of Space” on 6th August, 2025. Through quotes, reflections, and role-play, they celebrated the visionaries who turned humanity’s dream of space exploration into reality. The assembly paid tribute to Neil Armstrong’s historic first steps on the Moon, Dr. Vikram Sarabhai’s vision for India’s space programme, ISRO’s remarkable achievements with Chandrayaan, and the inspiring journeys of Sunita Williams and Subhranshu Sharma.
The highlight was a soulful rendition of “A Sky Full of Stars” and a mesmerizing enactment by children on the endless possibilities of space, leaving the audience inspired to dream beyond boundaries. The assembly was a showcase of courage, curiosity, and imagination — qualities that truly fuel exploration, whether of the skies above or ideas within.
