Heritage Week at Step by Step School offered students of Grades 1 to 5 a vibrant journey into India’s cultural and historical legacy through engaging, age-appropriate experiences. Grade 1 explored traditions, festivals, food, clothing, dance, and stories through discussions, family sharing, and a lively quiz. Grade 2 discovered Delhi’s historical monuments through worksheets, assignments, quizzes, and a documentary screening. Grade 3 visited Humayun’s Tomb and reflected through the “My Family Heritage” activity, while Grade 4 experienced history through an immersive trip to the Old Fort. Grade 5 presented “My Heritage, My Legacy,” celebrating identity through family memorabilia and personal stories.
