On 26th July 2024, the Junior School hosted its Investiture Ceremony, an event marking a significant milestone in the leadership journey of the students. Junior School plays a crucial role in instilling leadership qualities in students, preparing them for active roles within the student council. During the ceremony, the students of Grade 5 were entrusted with the responsibility of leadership for the term (July to November).
The prefect roles in Grade 5 empower our students to take on responsibilities within the school community. These positions enable students to learn essential leadership skills such as decision-making, effective communication, and conflict resolution. They gain firsthand experience in managing tasks, organizing events, and fostering a positive school environment. By nurturing leadership attributes from an early age, the purpose is to empower the children to become confident, empathetic, and proactive leaders in their future endeavors.
