Just before the end of the winter break, our school staff came together for an engaging and energising week of professional learning and upskilling. This thoughtfully designed series of personal development sessions created space for reflection, collaboration, and renewed professional confidence. Spread across the week, the programme brought alive rich conversations around pedagogy, ethical decision-making, communication, inclusion, wellbeing, and practical skill-building, with sessions thoughtfully aligned to the diverse roles across the school. Teachers and staff explored purposeful and ethical use of AI, meaningful collaboration, inclusive learner support, arts-led reflection, physical wellbeing, and data-informed working practices.
Anchored in dialogue, shared experiences, and real-world application, the sessions encouraged participants to think deeply about their everyday practices. The week concluded on a high note, leaving staff feeling inspired, connected, and ready to carry fresh insights and energy into their work.
